Easy Yoke is well equipped to host leadership retreats. A church can bring a staff, elder team, leaders group, search committee, or any other group of people and make some real progress by spending a few days envisioning, building, fellowshipping, and vision casting. We can help anywhere from providing the facility, to helping plan and lead the retreat.
There are many types of retreats a team could utilize. A staff may need to get away to plan, learn, or just grow together. A group of teachers may need some concentrated training. Or a pastoral search team may need to start off with some focussed time together, or even get some outside coaching (which we can provide).
